"I have contemplated a well-hoed ridge of potatoes on that bush farm with as much delight as in years long past I had experienced in examining a fine painting."

In the second picture down, he looks like a happy wolf 100%. The fourth picture is where I’d like to be right now.. relaxing in the shade of a tree! And the last picture is so cute, does he stay inside or outside? I bet he does just fine even in the coldest weather. His fur is so thick and beautiful.
Hi Amanda, it seems he is the happiest when he is able to run around freely. That second pic was taken down by our creek – the snow was hard packed, otherwise he is so heavy, he easily falls thru the snow.
He is usually outside, running the fence line and being protective of us and the other animals here. In the Winter, once it hits about -8C or so, he comes inside to sleep for the night. He’s a great dog! In that last picture, he is patiently waiting to get the snow brushed off him before coming in the house.
Gorgeous!
We think so, too and he is a very important part of our family and our farm. He’s a great protector.
He’s gorgeous! I adore the look on his face in the last picture. Just wanna scratch behind his ears and say, “Good boy, good boy…”
Hi Wendy, it is often very hard to get a good picture of him. For every great shot I have, there are probably 20 bad ones. He refuses to “pose”, he probably thinks its beneath him
