As we were out for a drive a little while ago, we passed by a tractor in a field. It had a For Sale sign on it, and the Gman (of course) saw it out of the corner of his eye. We pulled around to take another look:
He looks pretty happy doesn’t he? This same smile has been on his face for about a week now.
Hopefully this tractor is going to be able to help us rejuvenate the pastures in the Valley below our house. The Gman rattled off some details for those of you interested. Me??? I like the colour!
60 HP Same (Pronounced Sammy) Centauro.
4 Wheel Drive, it is around a 1978 – he is not sure
V4 air cooled diesel with 8 forward speeds, 4 reverse
It has a 2 speed PTO 3 point hitch and external hydraulics
Gman found out he can get a manual from a place on the Coast so he is going to send away for it.

Yes for sure Mike. Next up we need to find a sicle bar mower, then we can get started on the old pastures. This is a great start!
Some people search the web looking for pictures of naked girls but for the rest of us…now THAT’S what I’m talkin’ ’bout! I’d be smilin’, too…right up to the day I gotta buy new tires.
We got lucky in the tire department Tom. The 2 back tires are almost brand new. We will need to replace the front tires – we hope we can get a year or two from them.
